Forever gone, the glowing shal

At one point I was glowing
Glowing like you'd never seen,
glowing like the radiant sun,
on a hot summers day.

But then that glowing stop,
I was turning cold like the icy breeze,
cold, dark, alone, and forgotten,
stuck in a place of missery.

Again, and again, I tired to find it,
find that warm and comfort,
bring back that warm smile once more,
but again and again, it was lost.

One day I found that glow again,
and as I slid into my bed,
my cheeks burned with warmth,
my smile never dieing as I slept.

But that would be the only day,
for again it was taken from me,
The thing I'd been searching for, gone,
For her heart had stolen it again.

But it was not for her to blame,
as she was one of the glowing people,
never would she lose that glow,
no matter what life may bring.

But as for I, I was broken,
That glow shall never come again,
As to glow you must find someone glowing,
and glowing people only desire the glowing.

So forever in this never ending circle I shall be,
Forever again tears shall dampen my pillow,
and again, and again sleepless nights shall come
As, gone forever, the glowing shall be.
